Got a surprise in my mail today from Fr3b =X
I had some trouble a couple of days back on their website when I was trying to check something out... And being a programmer myself, I went to the message board and pointed out the error and suggested on how to correct it (although it was quite simple >_<)
As the problem in question involved my points disappearing (so I could not check anything out), as soon as they replenished my points I checked out the items I wanted. The people from Fr3b were very helpful and efficient in solving my problem, and even follow-uped to make sure that they got my order this time round.
Hence, I totally did not expect a little something else in my fr3b sample package when it arrived.
So sweet! I'm very surprised that they even bothered to send me a note, much less a gift =)
Thanks so much, Fr3b! Their service really rocks - and they really know just how to make their customers happy ^^;; Heh.
